Welcome to PPCAMZService.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

PPCAMZService.com provides marketplace management services for Amazon and eBay sellers, including but not limited to:

  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising campaign management and optimization
  • Product listing creation and optimization
  • Product research and market analysis
  • Marketing strategy development
  • Seller account management
  • Brand launch and development

The specific scope of services will be agreed upon between you and PPCAMZService prior to commencement of work.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By engaging our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business and accounts
  • Grant necessary access to your seller accounts as required for service delivery
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable marketplace policies (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Ensure all products and business practices comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. General terms include:

  • Fees are due as specified in your service agreement
  • All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we use industry best practices and data-driven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results, rankings, sales volumes, or advertising performance metrics. Marketplace algorithms, competition, and market conditions are outside our control. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, account data, financial information, and trade secrets. This obligation survives the termination of services.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Any content, listings, or creative work produced by PPCAMZService for the client becomes the client's property upon full payment.
  • PPCAMZService retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general descriptions of work performed for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All PPCAMZService proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of PPCAMZService.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PPCAMZService shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for any account suspensions, listing removals, or policy violations by third-party marketplaces
  • We are not responsible for losses due to market fluctuations, algorithm changes, or competitive actions

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

  • With 30 days' written notice to the other party
  • Immediately if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement
  • Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or enters bankruptcy proceedings

Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. PPCAMZService will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning account management back to the client.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPCAMZService, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of our services, or your violation of any third-party rights or marketplace policies.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, internet outages, or marketplace platform outages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
